Bee introduced
Beehyve is a buzzing hub of practitioners and services that offer support to help people thrive. Our focus is a safe and inclusive place where clients find understanding, empathy and empowerment.
We launched Beehyve to meet a demand for support that truly understands the specific needs of adult ADHD and can serve a broad range of those working on their wellbeing. Although our individual focus areas are wide and varied, we all share a non-judgmental understanding of ADHD; that's at the heart of our work.
What sets us apart? Leading-edge expertise, divergent innovative approaches and unique lived experience. Together, these things help our clients feel heard, free from judgment and supported to change their lives.
Together we’re different. And different is great!

Our Founders
Anna and Darrin met whilst acting as board members for the New Zealand ADHD Association (now ADHD NZ). There, they found complementary strengths in each other that six years later set the foundations for Beehyve. Claire brought strategy and advice to Anna as Beehyve was formed. Together, their shared vision of helping others created a synergy that was too good not to grow.
The team has been deeply involved in advocating for access and awareness of mental health with extensive volunteer work, professional development, and governance positions. All three have helped launched social initiatives that serve the community, mostly in New Zealand, as well as the United States and the UK.
Anna's personable manner, divergent creativity and integrity stand out. Darrin has a brilliant mind. He is perceptive and occasionally funny. Claire brings gentle guidance and a firm dedication building sustainable, inclusive change. She’s not as witty as Darrin, but she has her moments.
Despite their incredible set of credentials, Beehyve’s directors are approachable and down to earth. They are passionate about bringing together a buzzing team that increases awareness, services and opportunities for those living with ADHD.
If you’d like to bring your expertise to our team, then we’d love to hear from you.
