Purpose of the Practitioner–Client Relationship
Your relationship with your practitioner is professional and focused on your wellbeing.
Together, you may:
discuss your goals and concerns
gather relevant personal information
complete questionnaires or psychometric tools
develop a personalised plan tailored to your needs
If the fit between you and your practitioner isn’t right, you can request to be matched with someone else.
In some cases, the practitioner who completes an assessment may differ from the practitioner providing ongoing support.
The Therapy / Coaching Assessment Phase
During the assessment phase, your practitioner will:

At the end of this phase, your practitioner may discuss a plan aligned with your needs.
The Support Phase
This phase focuses on helping you make meaningful change.
Your practitioner will work collaboratively with you using the goals from the assessment phase as a guide.
