Meet Anton
Anton Ashcroft is a registered psychologist specialising in ADHD, autism, and neurodiversity. He has a background as a forensic psychologist and has worked extensively with complex needs in challenging environments. Anton says, "We often underestimate how many people are neurodiverse," highlighting his commitment to recognising and supporting neurodiverse individuals.
In the UK and New Zealand, Anton has helped develop programmes for drug rehabilitation and offender treatment. He also provides neuroscience-focused leadership training, helping leaders understand and support their neurodiverse teams effectively. "Many organisations are actively recruiting autistic brains because they can work much faster. The strengths of neurodiverse individuals are starting to be recognised," he explains.
Anton’s passion is to help all brains to thrive. He supports people to understand why their brains process the world the way they do, and learn to maximise their capabilities. He has ADHD of the inattentive type, which allows him to combine his expertise with deep empathy from lived experience.
For clients seeking personal growth or organisational development, Anton offers practical insights on embracing the unique strengths of neurodiverse minds.
