ADHD and Autism Group Programmes and Workshops

Online group programmes for ADHD and Autism, from anywhere in Aotearoa New Zealand. Learn more about your brain, explore practical strategies that work for you, and experience how powerful it can be to learn alongside people who simply get it.

Why a Group

There’s something different about learning alongside people who understand where you’re coming from.

Learn and make it relevant to you

Learn and make it relevant to you
Explore useful information, ideas and practical strategies, with space to think about what they mean for you and your own experiences.

Learn from other people, too

There’s something powerful about hearing from people who get it. Their experiences may be similar to yours, or completely different, and both can offer new perspectives.

Ask questions and explore ideas

Our groups and workshops create space to ask questions, share experiences and explore ideas in a supportive environment.

ADHD and women

A six-week group exploring how ADHD can shape a woman’s life and sense of self. Learn more about ADHD in women, identity, emotions, hormones, sensory needs, boundaries and your own patterns in mood, energy and focus — alongside other women who understand.
