Meet Kate

Kate is a counsellor, coach, and accredited mediator. She works with individuals navigating change—whether that’s a new diagnosis, a shift in relationships, workplace challenges, or simply a sense of being stuck. Her experience is broad, and clients have included late-diagnosed adults exploring ADHD, motivated professionals, and people facing transitions in identity, family, career, and wellbeing.

Kate understands that life can feel overwhelming at times. Her hope is to offer a space where you can pause, reflect, and find practical ways forward, so you may achieve meaningful and lasting change. Her approach is strengths-based and solution-focused, informed by both professional training and lived experience.

As an accredited mediator, Kate also supports:

  • Families working through separation or co-parenting challenges, helping reduce conflict and improve communication.

  • Workplaces wanting to create and build neurodivergent-friendly environments—working with employers and employees to foster understanding, boost productivity, and prevent burnout.
